The One With Sunderland, And Steve Bruce

My god, I love Steve Bruce.

Not a bad word to add.

I love him. Unapologetic. The man is a United Legend. Epitomising everything United demands of it's players, and Captains.

Versus Sunderland today, though, United need to win. No more draws. No more trying to outscore teams like Newcastle 15 years ago.

Since I last wrote, we drew at Bolton - again, great for the neutrals. For United? It's heart attack defending. We need to cut it out. What we needed was to get a 0-0 out in Valencia. But we went one better. That boy, Hernandez. Macheda looked class, too. Owen? 3/2 games meant he said the 90 on the bench. Bet he was pissed about that. What say we start him today, and he gets the winner?

Whatever it takes to kill these rumours Woy is coming in for him. He's way too big a player for Liverpool.

Win 1-0. Whatever it takes. Even if it goes in off a beach ball.
